See pilot training from the inside
The Open Day is the best way to find out if a career as an airline pilot is right for you. You spend the day with us at Ponte de Sor Aerodrome, hear how the Integrated ATPL works, take a real flight with one of our flight instructors and try a flight simulator.
It is also a chance to meet our instructors and Training Advisors, ask your questions in person and see the campus where you would live and train.

What you will experience
Real flight
A real flight in one of our training aircraft, with a Sevenair Academy flight instructor.
Flight simulator
A session in one of the flight simulators our cadets use throughout their training.
Garmin G1000 workshop
A hands-on introduction to the Garmin G1000 glass cockpit fitted in most of our training fleet.
Training pathway talk
A presentation of the Integrated ATPL, from your first lesson to a frozen ATPL, with time for your questions.

Sevenair Academy

Check-in
Welcome at the academy and a short introduction to the day. Enjoy a coffee break before we get started.

Training Pathway Talk
How the Integrated ATPL works, the Airbus ATPi Cadet Programme, and what a pilot’s career looks like. From your first lesson to a frozen ATPL, with time for your questions.
11:00
Practical experiences and academy tour
Real flight with an instructor, flight simulator and Garmin G1000 workshop, plus a tour of the academy facilities.
14:00
Lunch on campus
Lunch is included in the price. Each extra companion can join for €8.
15:00
Campus visit
A walk through the campus, including the on-site accommodation where cadets live during their training.
17:00
Close
End of the day, with time for any last questions to our team.

Price
€40 per participant, lunch included. Lunch for each extra companion costs €8.
Minimum age
Participants must be at least 17. At 17, a term of responsibility signed by a parent or legal guardian is required.
